Tell us about your move
Where you are moving from and to, when, and roughly what is coming with you. It takes about two minutes, it costs nothing, and you are not committed to anything at the end of it.
One request, several quotes from checked moving companies, and the choice stays yours. Here is what happens from the moment you fill in the form.
Where you are moving from and to, when, and roughly what is coming with you. It takes about two minutes, it costs nothing, and you are not committed to anything at the end of it.
Every request is read by a person before it goes anywhere. It then reaches the companies whose service area covers your pick-up address — you do not have to find them or ring round.
Each one arrives by email with a link to your own page. Compare the prices, read what each company says it includes, and ask them anything before you decide.
Accept the quote that suits you and the company gets your details to arrange the day. Turn them all down and nothing happens — nobody chases you.
Nothing. Asking for quotes is free, comparing them is free, and turning them all down is free.
We are paid by the moving company, not by you: a share of the price when a booking comes of it. It is taken out of their price rather than added to yours, so what you are quoted is what you pay.
Every company on Umzigo is checked before it can quote for anything. Until you book, quotes are shown by letter rather than by name — so you compare them on price, on what is included and on what previous customers said.
The moment you accept a quote you see who you booked, and they see how to reach you.
There is nothing to sign up for and no password to remember. Your quotes live on a page of their own, and the link to it is in every email we send you.
Keep that link to yourself — anybody who has it can see the page.
Dates move and plans change. Write to the company in the conversation on your quotes page, or tell us and we will sort it out — everybody who is quoting for your move is told.
